This seal was created with assistance from AI, creation process: many versions were rendered without image reference then they were merged together inside of Photoshop, where "AI-ASSISTED" text was added. It was then handed back to the AI to go over it again before it was placed back inside of Photoshop to merge several newly rendered versions and do final clean up.
