Ubu Island™ is a Meritocratic society with a social credit system, and a little Misogynistic since Masculine Males always have more authority than females while females have more than effeminate males(traps), even if they are a Domme.

That being said it is possible for anyone (Male or female) to get a lower social credit score and become a sub; once this happens it is usually very difficult to reverse.

Executions & death penalties have been outlawed; instead, serious criminals serve the public in various (bound or lewd) ways, which has resulted in a more peaceful utopia with no beggars on the streets nor famine, since every citizen & sub is fed and sheltered.

Subs are monitored by the F.E or Fashion Enforcers™ for behavioral issues and health complications so they remain safe and active for their Owners and to prevent overly abusive Owners.

Present day Ubu Island™ takes place in 2060, with many new technological advancements in resent decades tracking and monitoring subs has become much easier.

Artificial intelligence plays a small part in everyday life and is often utilized where ever possible, the central AI system is called A.I.A™ but is often referred to as 'Aia-chan™' - 'she' oversees many things and much to the disblief of the general public. . Infractions are applied to one's ID by a F.E™ which usually result in a SCS score reduction, but may require immediate disciplinary action as the F.E™ deems fit.

This could be something simple like having a gagged locked on or bound for several hours, or getting bound and escorted to a lost and found to await their Owner to retrieve them.

Or more severe like having to serve as a public onahole for 3 hours to repent.

Even after immediate disciplinary action the citizen's SCS score may still be reduced after the incident has passed.

Social Credit System Scores

Every citizen has a SCS score which determines their position in society, while this is a system implemented to demote citizens with bad behavior, lazyness and various crminal tendencies there are times when a would be 'perfect' citizen may be demoted to a sub because of numerous citizens reporting them and nefariously lowering their score.

Every citizen starts with a score of 1,000, and can reach a maximum of 1,300.

Upon reaching 900: Citizens will receive a warning notice that their score has dropped below the standard 1,000 and that any further reduction could result in disciplinary action.

800: Exclusion from booking flights, or high speed transportation.

700: Restricted access to public services, Restricted access to private areas. - Mandatory wearing of at least one locked restraint and regular training for a involuntary public service class at DSTU™ (Pony taxi, Puppy delivery, etc), must work in a publically visible booth that permits optional DSTU™ homework((dildo seats, ankles chained to seat, etc)).

600: Ineligibility for government jobs, Less access to credit. - A mandatory public spanking for 3 hours every week followed by 3 days a week Pony taxi or Puppy delivery service. F.E™ or Fashion Enforcers™ were mandated for every city in 1787 by majority vote from women, to help in still proper behavior and mannerisms as well as beauty. Fashion Enforcers™ are most often women that wish to uphold tradition or in some cases women that just like having authority over others, or to simply help shield themselves from Fashion Enforcers™.

Fashion Enforcers™ only have authority over other women and more recently feminine males, which some conspiracy theorists believe(mostly the male population) they are over stepping their reach and it's just a way for them to shift the balance of authority, however they still have to answer to the government and the average male citizen.

This branch of law enforcement has sustained to present day and has gained much more authority on matters than it use to have hundreds of years ago, especially with the aid of modern technology like A.I.A™.

Fashion Enforcers™ are required to carry various restraints on them, among them are handcuffs, gags, and blindfolds. Part of their uniform requires them to wear a gag around their neck in case they over step their boundaries, also in case a male citizen requires a portable relief station.

Causing excessive problems for a Masculine male.
Doing anything that can be deemed lewder than the norm in public.

DSTU™ Classes

UNDER DEVELOPMENT
Girls are gradually made acustom to wearing Ponygirl tack during the day and night and while they are trained on the different postures they must assume and how they must walk.

After they have the basics down they are made to practice pulling carts and receiving commands from their rider.

Before they can graduate they must ferry everyday citizens around with average marks for one week, if they fail they will be required to go through a harsher form of training before they can attempt to graduate again.

Stricter courses require the girl to live on campus in a stable while bound moderately, they will be restrained for the entire duration of the class.

UNDER DEVELOPMENT
